In plain terms: this site tells you about Paige and lets you join a waitlist. Paige is still in development — joining the waitlist isn't a purchase or a guarantee of access. Please use the site reasonably and honestly.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Paige website at text-paige.com (the "Site"), operated by Paige ("Paige", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site and the waitlist

The Site is an informational and marketing website for Paige, a text-message calendar and reminder assistant that is currently in development. Information about Paige's features is provided to describe what we're building and may change. Nothing on the Site is a promise that any feature, price, or launch date will be offered.

Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about Paige. It is not a purchase, a subscription, or a guarantee that you'll receive access, a particular price, or any specific features. We may invite waitlist members in batches, or decide not to proceed.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else's email without permission;
• Use the Site or the signup form for spam, abuse, or any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Use the Site in any way that infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and the Paige name and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. Other product names and trademarks mentioned on the Site (for example in comparisons) belong to their respective owners; Paige is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and any comparisons reflect our own opinion.

Third-party links

The Site may link to or reference third-party products and websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. References are for information and comparison only.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Statements about Paige's future features, availability, or pricing are forward-looking and not guarantees.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paige and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Paige's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
